Il Rally di Svezia non è adatto a tutti i piloti ma solo a quelli abituati a correre sulla neve: non è un caso che solo tre driver non scandinavi (i francesi Sébastien Loeb e Sébastien Ogier e il belga Thierry Neuville) siano riusciti a salire sul gradino più alto del podio in questa gara.
